Daily offerings of arts and crafts; science experiments; book readings; and more, yes more! The age level of the activities changes throughout the day; morning focus is pre-school, afternoon activities are designed with elementary and homeschool kiddos in mind.

Are you tired of the same old after school programs where the most your child gains is some hand-eye coordination from the constant video games?

Wouldn’t it be nice if there was an after school program that would enrich your child’s mind and develop critical thinking skills that will advance them further in life?

THE ANSWER IS HERE AT KIDZ MUZE!!! Let them learn while having fun! Enroll your child in the Kidz Muze After School Program for only $70 per week; sibling and payment schedule discounts available. Your child will be actively engaged in fun and exciting learning activities that stimulate the mind, and tickle the funny bone!

Our After School Program Includes:

• Van pick-up from local Coppell elementary and charter schools
• A nutritious snack upon arrival at Kidz Muze
• Homework assistance every day
• Indoor games and free play at Kidz Muze indoor playground
• WIZKIDS offers math / science theme-based activities and homework assistance lead by trained teacher staff: including Earth Science, Physical Sciences, Geography and Natural Sciences, Technology, Astronomy; and educational board games like Chess & Sudoku.
• Other Optional Education Enrichment Programs include: Money Matters for Kidz; Manners for Today’s Child; World Culture Adventure; Rock Solid Character (focuses on a virtues combined with physical challenges); and more.

Education Enrichment Programs

Kidz Muze Education Enrichment Program Series for elementary school children are designed to enhance and expand the learning experience with fun interactive one-hour sessions delivered in 8-week series. These programs run throughout the school year and are an optional add-on to our after school program..

Kamp Muze + Twilight Kamp

Kamp Muze at Kidz Muze provides 1/2 day to full day camps during the summer and school breaks that offer fun educational themes for children ages 5 - 12. Creative hands-on activities and games mixed with open play in our awesome indoor playground; while taking time for a healthy snack! Your child will delight in sharing with you the camp events of the day.

Twilight Kamp: Parent's Night Out

Drop off the kids for fun, games, activities and pizza while you shop, enjoy a date night or just relax. Check the monthly calendar for Twilight Kamp schedule. View, download and print the calendar.

Camp includes:
PlayPro facilitated open play
Science and crafts
Games and contests with prizes

Each child also gets a special camp combo meal from Kafé Muze:
Pizza
Fountain drink or juice
Fresh fruit cup
Cookie dessert

Field Trips

Kidz Muze welcomes daycare centers, pre-schools, elementary school grades K-5, scout troops, church groups, and other groups. Discounted field trip admission rates are available for non-profit and/or tax-exempt education-based groups of 10 or more children. Every field trip group must have at least one adult to actively chaperone every five children. Chaperones must be 18 years of age or older.

Kidz Muze Field Trips combine hands-on learning with entertainment! We collaborate with local school district teachers to develop a rich experience that supports the TAKS curriculum AND still provides plenty of creative play time!

Field Trip Discount Admission
$6.50 per child

These rates also apply for Licensed Child Care Providers (LCCP) with groups of 10 or more children. LCCP groups smaller than 10 children receive a 15% discount off the general admission.

Field trip groups are allowed to bring their own food; or lunch/snacks can be purchased from Kafé Muze. Field trip lunches catered through our café are available for $3.00 each. Orders must be made at least 5 days in advance. Groups will be charged for the number of meals pre-ordered.

Each Field Trip Lunch Includes:
A slice of cheese pizza
Assorted juice boxes
Chips
Plates, cups, and napkins

Advance reservations are required. We are currently booking field trips for 2006 - 2007. Contact the Events Manager for more information.

GrownFolks Muze

GrownFolks Muze offers guest speaker programs throughout the week geared to the interest and development of, well… grown up folks! Everything from the fun and frivolous to serious info you need to know! Example programs: Parenting 101, SimpleLife Workshop, Money Matters! Check ‘This Month at The Muze’ our monthly activities calendar and the Kidz Muze Newz to stay informed of our changing schedule of programs.

Social Development / Counseling
Karen Rozell, M.S., L.P.C.

At Kidz Muze we are also committed to the emotional development of children. Not only do we provide positive social play experiences, but we also have available assistance and education when there are challenges and issues to address.

Karen Rozell brings 32 years of experience with children both in teaching and counseling. She most recently retired from the Lewisville ISD where she was an elementary school counselor for five years in Highland Village. We are excited to have a licensed independent counselor available to develop programs and services for the children and parents of our Kidz Muze community!
